Because we were so impressed, we asked for a quote to take down a solid wall between two rooms to create a large bedroom with ensuite. We've had a first-rate experience of Dave's work over several years, including house extension/patio, new summerhouse, flood prevention, fencing, driveway, paving. Last year we had no hesitation in using Dave and his hard-working, reliable, friendly and trustworthy team for the re-roofing of our property, the conversion of the flat-roof to pitched roof on the dormer, cladding of the latter and insulation of the property. More recently, Dave designed and fitted a new timber-framed 4-sided pitched slate garage roof, in keeping with the house and summerhouse roof. The job included the removal of the old felt roof and brick work, the fitting of new UPVF fascia and soffits, new guttering and downpipes and a water butt. They applied a base coat of HP12 render with 10mm plastic beads with Webber top coat finish. New drainage channels were cut in the patio to alleviate flooding. As always the site was cleared and cleaned. Superb work. The team are highly professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It's always a pleasure to have them on site. They reflect Dave's own superb customer care. He is honest, a man of integrity, accommodating in the extreme. He and his team are always willing to go the extra mile.
