A new client approached us with a quote request for a new block driveway and perimeter brick wall to replace the old damaged wall and gravel driveway. David Newnhams Builders started the works in January 2018 and within a week the entire the driveway was transformed and this provided our client with a huge facelift for the entrance to their property.
The client has also commissioned a number of further building and renovation works at the same time which included a new Front Door & Porch. Internal Fireplace ripped out and new Oak Lintel put in place with a slate hearth.
The client also required the staircase banister to be removed and replaced with a balustrade banister system.
Further to this works Newnhams completed the rip out and “make good” on the master bedroom brick cupboard to make the room feel more spacious and this included removal of the excess brickwork, rebuilding the half-brick gaps and then finish of by replastering the area ready for painting.
Lastly for this project to date, our team of highly skilled tradesmen installed 9 oak doors, door liners and oak thresholds along with architrave finishing.
The client was exceptionally happy with the outcome and the team went above and beyond to provide the highest level of service thorughout this entire home refurbishment project.
